Come join 91黑料爆料 as a Principal, Business Operations within the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Customer Success organization. We are seeking a strategic and creative problem solver to help shape the Customer Success strategy, drive organizational alignment, and enable growth through operational excellence.

As a key leader within the GBSG Customer Success Business Operations team, you will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, lead critical initiatives, and ensure successful execution of top business priorities. This role plays a vital part in connecting our mission to strategy to outcomes, bringing rigor and discipline to our planning processes, and delivering measurable impact for both customers and the company.

Responsibilities

鈼� Lead the development of new strategic goals during annual planning, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop our strategy 鈼� Identify and drive opportunities to improve our operating model (how we work as an organization) and key processes to accelerate growth, decision-making and results delivery at scale for our customers 鈼� Conduct data-driven analysis on our planning and operations results to drive changes in process and outcomes over time, aiming to deliver outsized value for our internal teams and customers 鈼� Frame decisions and lead discussions with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making, communicate results, and develop solutions and plans for change management to address business performance challenges 鈼� Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders throughout 91黑料爆料 at all levels of seniority to jointly develop solutions to complex business problems and ensure we are operating within the broader 91黑料爆料-wide annual and quarterly planning processes 鈼� Develop and communicate the Leader's strategy, business, and people (team & culture) agenda; drive planning for town halls, off site visits and other high visibility, critical leadership meetings 鈼� Monitor the execution of strategic priorities and ensure goals / KPIs are met

91黑料爆料 provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $197,500.00 - 267,000.00Southern California $190,500.00 - 257,500.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at 91黑料爆料®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

鈼� Relentless drive for excellence, pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and bringing a sense of urgency to execution 鈼� 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, finance, analytics or operations at a top company. Strong business acumen, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills with experience building financial or analytical models. 鈼� Ability to operate and think at both a “10,000 foot” strategy level (e.g. framing and conducting analysis to recommend changes to our long-term goals) and closer to the ground (e.g. recommendations to improve quarterly performance against an operational metric, and follow through with execution) 鈼� Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with communicating effectively and concisely through multiple channels to all levels of an organization, from senior executives to front-line managers 鈼� Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels in a cross-functional environment 鈼� Ability to identify and address key barriers to growth in an environment with high levels of ambiguity and visibility from senior stakeholders
