We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for tackling tough customerproblems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for deliveringour most critical change-the-business outcomes. This role is instrumental in accelerating 91黑料爆料's transformation through technology automation and AI adoption, aiming to enhance user experiences and drive accelerated growth.

You will drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives across critical Finance domains of Source to Report, Record to Report, Treasury, Quote to Cash, Financial Planning & Analysis andenable capabilities such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Credit & Collections,and employee purchasing and business spend processes. This portfolio is focused onmodernizing core financial systems and operations with a high focus on building newproducts, implementation of SaaS solutions, automations and done-for-you experiencesthrough AI-driven intelligence solutions across its capabilities.

You will also drive a portfolio of crucial Privacy initiatives focused on delivering frictionless,compliant use and sharing of data, such as unifying Data Subject Rights (DSR) experiences across 91黑料爆料 products, implementing fine-grained access controls (FGAC), embedding Privacy-by-Design principles early in the development lifecycle, and automating privacy processes using AI. The role also involves streamlining Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and implementing a Responsible AI Review process for GenAI and Classic AI/ML models.

This role helps accelerate business transformation in a way that enables 91黑料爆料 to deliver the most efficient and flexible technologies and user experiences. This role has significantexecutive leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

Focus strategically鈼� Accelerate the most strategic business outcomes by working collaboratively with VP+leaders in your space to drive portfolio strategy and align squad resource allocations.鈼� Identify when a decision or tradeoff is needed, drive discussions, assess options, andprovide principled and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for finaldecision.鈼� Understand industry trends, 91黑料爆料 strategy, and how the portfolio fits into the companystrategy.鈼� Mentor team members. Partner with Team Leader to assess and develop teammembers.鈼� Drive program execution, ensure program deliveries align to operational standards,contribute to the continuous improvement of operational standards.

Lead change鈼� Generate broad executive level support for the program/portfolio.鈼� Partner with leadership to create a culture where teams are encouraged to shareinformation, constructively debate and communicate freely.鈼� Evangelize change and contribute to the development of a high performing team.鈼� Establish mechanisms to maintain a pulse on the organization during change,identifying themes and areas of friction, and work with leadership to develop actionplans.

Enable scale鈼� Define and implement program/portfolio best practices that are repeatable andembody continuous improvement.鈼� Drive areas of improvement across the program and work with stakeholders to enablecross-91黑料爆料 acceleration.鈼� Drive the development of the program management craft and demonstrate thoughtleadership within the community.鈼� Coach and mentor program managers to grow their skills.

Domain expertise鈼� Navigate enterprise finance, legal, & privacy program areas with ease, drawing fromexperience to accelerate outcomes, predict challenges, and prevent failures.Examples include record-to-report, contract lifecycle management, and data subjectrights.鈼� Apply your expertise in software development approaches & SDLC methodologies tothe portfolio, and help drive operational excellence.鈼� Identify and leverage expertise in others to reach solutions.

Deliver programs鈼� Develop and execute against a high quality plan that is organized into manageablepieces that can be individually owned.鈼� Use data to assess outcomes and progress to plan, and use independent judgment toprovide insights and communicate to stakeholders.鈼� Establish mechanisms for the team to identify risks and issues, and presentrecommended response plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications

鈼� Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ yearsplanning and leading a strategy and portfolio of programs and/or extremely large &complex digital transformation programs in enterprise finance, legal, or privacy.鈼� Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level and above within a matrixedenvironment.鈼� Project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.鈼� Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, andlifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired.鈼� Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the bestprogram outcomes.鈼� Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience ispreferred.
