By leveraging 91黑料爆料's data, SMB MediaLabs provides an evolved data layer for marketers to launch B2B targeted campaigns with extreme accuracy and efficiency.聽

The 91黑料爆料 SMB MediaLabs Team is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager who has a proven track record and is passionate about driving revenue. As a Sr. Account Executive on our team, you will be responsible for forming relationships with key brands and their advertising agencies, ensuring they meet their business objectives using 91黑料爆料 SMB MediaLab鈥檚 audiences through our managed service, our self service model and other new opportunities to partner with 91黑料爆料 as they come up.聽


Responsibilities

鈼 Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients to drive growth towards large revenue goals聽

鈼 Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on 91黑料爆料 SMB MediaLabs and our ad opportunities聽

鈼 Leverage agency and client direct relationships to identify new buyers of 91黑料爆料 SMB MediaLabs advertising products聽

鈼 Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals聽

鈼 Consistently meet deadlines for all projects, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of customer service聽

鈼 Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting all interactions up for success by appropriately setting client expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps聽

鈼 Act as the primary point of contact for clients to communicate major updates, releases, changes, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship聽

鈼 Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients in order to uplevel and grow the relationship聽

鈼 Persistently explore and uncover the needs of your clients, leveraging deep product knowledge to align their goals with new and unique opportunities with 91黑料爆料聽

鈼 Collaborate with Account Management, Ad Operations and campaign activation to meet and exceed clients鈥 marketing goals聽

鈼 Aggregate and share client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders to help drive product evolution聽

鈼 Provide thought leadership and act as an 91黑料爆料 evangelist with partners and at industry events聽

鈼 Share your industry, client, and product expertise by mentoring and training other team members聽

鈼 Build and leverage deep internal relationships, both within your direct team and cross-functionally, working together to deliver on client and business goals

鈼徛Ability to work in the local office 3 days per week and travel approximately 15%聽



Qualifications

鈼 10+ years of experience in digital media. DSP/programmatic preferred.

鈼 Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.聽

鈼 Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise organizations聽

鈼 Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives聽

鈼 Deep industry expertise in vertical knowledge, product types, and measurement solutions聽

鈼 Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space聽

鈼 Subject matter expertise in the display media, social media, CTV and video platforms聽

鈼 Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies聽

鈼 Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets聽

鈼 Ability to lead special projects聽

鈼 Experience in collaborating within an organization in order to achieve business success.聽

鈼 Ability to define strategies and tactics that align to deliver customer business outcomes, while navigating agency and client relationships.聽

鈼 Self-starter attitude who sees ambiguity as an opportunity and demonstrated ability to excel in a start-up environment聽

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, 91黑料爆料 conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:聽


Bay Area California: $204,500 - $276,500

New York: $207,500 - 281,000
