Job Overview
91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ Academy is redefining expert readiness as a core engine of the Expert Network—delivering scalable, role-aligned training that accelerates proficiency and strengthens the expert pipeline. We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end learner journey strategy, ensuring candidates progress seamlessly from enrollment through course completion and into Expert roles.
This role is accountable for funnel conversions and learner engagement as growth levers — designing personalized journeys, orchestrating lifecycle campaigns, and embedding role-aligned readiness content. As a Lifecucle Marketing Manager, you will define the lifecycle strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable conversion improvements
to ensure a sustainable and predictable talent pipeline that drives long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
Lifecycle Strategy and Funnel Ownership
- Own the learner lifecycle strategy across acquisition, onboarding, progression, and re-engagement.
- Align the lifecycle strategy with the broader, long-term business objectives of the 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ Expert Network, ensuring it supports key organizational priorities.
- Accountable for journey mapping and orchestration (CJO) to reduce drop-off and improve conversion at every stage.
Campaign and Engagement Leadership
- Design and scale personalized lifecycle campaigns, leveraging segmentation, behavioral triggers, and AI-driven personalization.
- Champion a culture of innovation by developing breakthrough concepts for learner engagement and challenging the status quo.
- Own agency partnerships and performance, holding vendors accountable for delivering measurable conversion outcomes (email, SEO, CRO).
Content and Readiness Enablement
- Own lifecycle content strategy (emails, nurture series, readiness touchpoints) to drive engagement and measurable learner progression.
- Partner with Learning Experience Design to ensure content builds the skills and confidence needed for progression and certification.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Co-own funnel conversion with TM/TA, ensuring learner readiness translates directly into hiring outcomes.
- Drive the strategic lifecycle roadmap, influencing product and analytics partners to secure resources and align their roadmaps against key business outcomes.
Data, Insights and Experimentation
- Use analytics to identify friction points, segment opportunities, and campaign performance drivers.
- Develop and present robust, data-driven business cases to advocate for strategic investments and initiatives that improve funnel performance.
- Design, test, and scale experiments (e.g., re-engagement levers, mid-funnel nudges, progression pathways) to lift completion and conversion.
Thought Leadership and Craft Excellence
- Serve as the accountable owner for lifecycle conversions within 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ Academy.
- Establish best practices in lifecycle marketing, mentor peers, and advance the lifecycle craft across Expert Experiences.
- Mentor and coach other team members on lifecycle best practices, elevating the craft within the broader team.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in lifecycle, growth, or product marketing with a track record of improving funnel conversion and learner/customer engagement.
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end journeys that lift conversion, retention, and readiness outcomes.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong experimentation and analytics skills.
- Comfortable owning agency partnerships (SEO, CRO, lifecycle campaigns) and holding them accountable to outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to secure buy-in and drive alignment among senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders on strategic priorities.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with credential-driven learning or workforce readiness programs.
- Experience embedding AI and adaptive personalization into lifecycle journeys.
- Strong understanding of education-to-hiring funnels or talent supply pipelines.
91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $165,000-200,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at .
