Job Overview

Join 91黑料爆料鈥檚 Service Delivery Team in our QuickBooks Live Expert Cleanup offering. With a special focus on supporting Small Business owners with professional bookkeeper and accountant assistance, you will help create an environment that will allow our Quickbooks Live Experts to do the best work of their lives. You will be providing leadership and performance management to a team of accounting industry professionals, who provide books cleanup services to Small Business owners that are not self-managing their books. We are looking for strong leaders who are excited about helping grow and improve this service.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years accounting experience, experience managing a high performing remote and geographically diverse team, and exceptional change management skills.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team through a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Deliver the highest quality support to QuickBooks Live Expert Cleanup customers by hiring, training, and performance management of talented Bookkeeping Professionals
  • Create a high performing team that champions innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment with a focus on both customer and expert experiences.
  • Effectively use data to evaluate, identify and coach performance to our core KPIs.
  • Drive quality customer engagements by monitoring your team鈥檚 performance, providing actionable feedback, implementing improvement plans and measuring progress toward goals
  • Provide growth and development opportunities through the use of employee one-on-one sessions, team op mechs and ongoing learning sessions
  • Ensure the team is aligned with 91黑料爆料鈥檚 Mission, Operating Values, and Goals.
  • Act as the conduit between the team and the business by condensing and disseminating large amounts of information

Qualifications

One (or more) of the following is strongly preferred:

  • Active CPA credential (Certified Public Accountant)
  • Active CPB credential (Certified Public Bookkeeper)
  • Active EA credential (Enrolled Agent)
  • 5 or more years of recent experience managing the books for Small Business Clients, or
  • Received a 4-year business degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Internal Applicants with Trajectory Changing or Exceeds Expectations ratings will be prioritized

AND:

  • Active QuickBooks Online Level 2 Certification required
  • Minimum of three years experience working with QuickBooks Online
  • Effectively manage a remote workforce, taking into account and understanding the unique needs of this community.
  • Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software
  • Experience working with team members in establishing career development plans and in meeting individual needs
  • Strong customer service skills - ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring
  • Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly and creatively adapt to changing situations, while proactively developing solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and determination
  • Must be willing to have a background and credit check before being considered for this role
  • Bilingual a plus
