We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to come and join 91黑料爆料鈥檚 Foresight team. The team鈥檚 mission is to develop and incubate emerging technologies, user experiences, capabilities and products that have the potential to be transformative to our customers and business.聽
Responsibilities
鈼 Be part of the Foresight PMO org聽
鈼 Drive planning, execution, and operations across Emerging Experiences and Software Acceleration product areas聽
鈼 Be the owner for Op Mechs such as Product and Program Reviews, sprint planning, sprint demos and code jams聽
鈼 Support our various external partnership programs聽
鈼 Build operational rigor and operational processes to cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable results and delivery against the timelines聽
鈼 Identify core and critical issues to organizational performance and clearly communicate status, progress, and results across the organizational boundaries and levels聽
鈼 Build and maintain relationships inside and outside the organization to ensure strong collaboration, raise the profile of the team and its key initiatives, and capitalize on emerging opportunities聽
Qualifications
鈼 Proven program manager with 8+ years鈥 experience as a Technical Program Manager, with demonstrated success in leading high paced, innovative teams with lot of ambiguity聽
鈼 Experience with AI, GenAI or other emerging technologies聽
鈼 Passion for operational excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the聽 business聽
鈼 Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent聽
鈼 Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment聽
鈼 Entrepreneurial mindset and experience; willing and able to challenging the status quo聽
鈼 Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given聽
鈼 Experience with high growth, fast moving teams and projects聽
鈼 Exceptional ability to work cross functionally and to build cross functional partnerships聽
鈼 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate at all organizational levels. Applies the nuances of influencing based on the situation, knowing when to push and when to ease through designs, ideas, and roadmaps.聽
