In this role, you will help lead our software acceleration team, which focuses on enabling 91黑料爆料 to adopt and use emerging technologies to deliver new products that shape our future. You will have end-to-end responsibilities from spearheading to launching the next generation of 91黑料爆料鈥檚 flagship products through cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities

• 聽Drive significant technology initiatives end-to-end and across multiple layers of architecture
• 聽Architect and develop scalable applications or systems
• 聽Drive the design and implementation of durable and software solutions to solve critical customer problems that are scalable, secure, easy to maintain, and interact with numerous other systems
• 聽Provide recommendations and best practices for application development, platform development, and developer tools聽
• 聽Actively stay abreast of industry best practices, share learnings, and experiment and apply cutting edge technologies
• 聽Partner and work with global teams across time zones
• 聽Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software applications with AI technology
• 聽Launch AI integrations in production and evaluate their impact on software performance and user satisfaction, using appropriate metrics
• 聽Coach and mentor junior engineers on best practices of software engineering, leveraging AI to enhance applications, and building their technical expertise to ensure efficient and effective outcomes

Qualifications

• 聽BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience.
• 聽7+ years of total experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
• 聽Solid foundation in writing scalable application code following best practices of accessibility, internationalization, and instrumentation.
• 聽Solid knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
• 聽Proficiency in mid-tier languages like Java, RDBMS, NoSQL, CI/CD and Analytics
• 聽Experience in developing applications using microservices, container technologies, container management systems such as Kubernetes.
• 聽Proficient in leading end-to-end AI/ML product development, with a focus on LLM-based architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• 聽Possesses an in-depth understanding of AI integration and can lead the integration process effectively, while coaching junior engineers on how to leverage AI
• 聽Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about software and AI based solutions
• 聽Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, 91黑料爆料 conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $197,000 - $266,500
