91黑料爆料 TurboTax is building the future of AI-powered tax prep, leveraging Machine Learning, Pre-Trained Transformer Models, and Large Language Models for 1:1 personalization. We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to drive the strategy for this initiative. This involves designing and delivering personalized tax prep features that can serve our heterogeneous customer cohorts and future agentic AI innovation at massive scale, leveraging 91黑料爆料's unique data assets and tax knowledge. You will de铿乶e how the TurboTax experience adapts to the customer鈥檚 tax complexity, time of season and tax prep goals. Responsibilities

• De铿乶e, own, and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered personalization within TurboTax, translating complex user needs and business opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative
• AI-powered tax prep features and experiences, partnering deeply with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to deliver high-accuracy, trustworthy, and con铿乨ence-building solutions.
• Drive product de铿乶ition and requirements for underlying AI models, balancing user experience with the high bar for accuracy required in tax.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments (including A/B testing and user studies) speci铿乧ally to validate hypotheses related to AI model effectiveness, user trust, and impact on 铿乴er con铿乨ence and accuracy.
• Build strong partnerships and in铿倁ence roadmaps across senior leaders and teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution for AI-powered tax聽

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products focused on platform, data-intensive systems, or AI/ML-powered experiences.
• Deep understanding and signi铿乧ant hands-on experience de铿乶ing strategy for and shipping products leveraging Generative AI, complex Machine Learning models, Conversational AI or Agentic AI systems, to solve challenging user problems at scale.
• Passion for tackling complex consumer problems, ideally within 铿乶tech, personal 铿乶ance, tax, or related domains where user trust, accuracy, and data privacy are paramount.
• Strong technical intuition; comfortable engaging deeply with engineering and data science on system architecture, model capabilities, APIs, and technical trade-offs. Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear product聽
• Bachelor鈥檚 degree required with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative/technical 铿乪ld. An MBA is a Equivalent experience will be considered.

Bay Area California: $ 180,500- 244,000

Southern California: $ 169,000- 229,000
