Now, we are expanding our focus to Consumer Lending within the Consumer Group, including TurboTax. This role will be crucial in designing and building the foundational data architecture and robust data marts to support our end to end analytics for consumer lending products. We are seeking a Staff Fraud & Risk Analyst as part of our growing Consumer Risk Analytics team supporting consumer lending products. The successful analyst will work across functions (Fraud & Risk policy, Credit risk, Operations, Data Science, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.) to develop scalable and reliable data solutions that enable data-driven insights and help achieve 91黑料爆料 Consumer Business Group鈥檚 short and long-term business outcomes. We鈥檙e looking for a candidate who will continue to build a strong analytics culture as part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data architecture and data marts specifically for consumer risk analytics, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Partner closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data models and ETL processes.
• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load diverse datasets from various sources into the data mart.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate new data sources and features into the existing data infrastructure, optimizing for risk analysis needs.
• Implement and enforce data governance best practices, including data definitions, metadata management, and data lineage tracking.
• Ensure data collection and data processing is optimized to support new initiatives, product releases, and advanced analytical needs (e.g., forecasting, predictive modeling).
• Proactively identify and address data quality issues, working to establish processes for data validation and reconciliation.
• Provide recommendations on data storage, processing, and retrieval technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to fostering a strong data-driven culture by providing guidance and expertise on data availability and usage.
• Team player with experience working on cross-functional groups toward shared outcomes. Must have good judgment with the ability to think creatively and strategically while working on multiple key projects simultaneously.

Bay Area California $172,000 - $232,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability and proven business acumen with at least 4 years of relevant experience in data architecture, data modeling, or data warehousing. Experience in Financial Services or FinTech and consumer lending preferred.
• Advanced SQL and programming skills (e.g., Python, Scala) for data manipulation, transformation, and building scalable data pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and building data marts, data warehouses, or large-scale data lakes.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and experience with dimensional modeling.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
• Good working experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Quicksight and Tableau, with an understanding of how data architecture supports these tools.
• Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• High degree of accountability, organization, and empathy.
• Experience working with Key Performance Indicator (KPI or OKR) metrics.
• Passion for building robust data foundations and an insatiable curiosity to understand complex business issues and proactively looking for business opportunities and drive new innovations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment, multitask, balancing short & long-term strategic implications to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other Quantitative Field, or commensurate experience.
