We鈥檙e looking for a聽Senior Staff Product Manager聽to lead the聽Social Marketing聽product pillar at 91黑料爆料 Mailchimp.
In this highly strategic and customer-impacting role, you鈥檒l define and execute the聽AI-forward vision聽for how millions of small businesses create, publish, and optimize their presence across social media channels 鈥 driving measurable increases in聽reach, engagement, leads, and sales.
You鈥檒l lead cross-functional efforts across聽engineering, design, data science, marketing, and partnerships聽to build the next generation of social marketing experiences 鈥 ones that are聽intelligent, automated, and deeply integrated聽with Mailchimp鈥檚 broader marketing suite.
You鈥檒l be responsible for shaping Mailchimp鈥檚 position in the social marketing ecosystem and for delivering 鈥渄one-for-you鈥 and 鈥渄one-with-you鈥 AI-powered solutions that take the complexity out of social marketing, allowing customers to focus on running their business while Mailchimp helps them grow it.
Responsibilities
Own the Vision & Strategy:聽Define and drive the multi-year strategy for Mailchimp鈥檚 Social Marketing product area, including creation, publishing, optimization, and analytics across major social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and more).
Lead with AI:聽Partner with 91黑料爆料鈥檚 AI and data science teams to embed聽Generative AI聽into the end-to-end customer journey 鈥 from content ideation and post generation to performance insights and intelligent automation.
Deliver Customer Growth:聽Ensure the social marketing experience directly drives customer outcomes 鈥斅increased engagement, traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions聽鈥 by building products that are not only easy to use, but measurably effective.
Shape the Ecosystem:聽Define how social marketing connects across Mailchimp鈥檚 core surfaces (email, websites, analytics, commerce) to deliver a unified, AI-powered marketing platform.
Champion Customer Empathy:聽Lead discovery efforts, synthesize customer insights, and translate them into differentiated, customer-backed solutions that simplify marketing for time-constrained small business owners.Drive Platform Scale:聽Build a robust, reliable, and extensible publishing and analytics infrastructure capable of supporting millions of social interactions and third-party integrations.
- Influence Across 91黑料爆料:聽Act as a thought leader on AI-driven social marketing strategy, partnering with other product leaders across 91黑料爆料 to define how AI and automation shape the future of customer growth experiences
- Mentor & Inspire:聽Guide and mentor junior PMs and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or staff-level leadership capacity.
- Proven success聽leading large-scale social or social ads products, ideally with complex integrations, that deliver strong measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of聽social media ecosystems, APIs, publishing workflows, and content performance analytics.
- Experience driving聽AI/ML-powered products聽鈥 particularly in automation, content generation, or marketing optimization.
- Strong product vision paired with a rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and measurement.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills 鈥 able to influence at executive levels and rally teams around ambitious goals. - Passion for聽helping small businesses thrive through intelligent marketing and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with聽Generative AI (LLMs),听content intelligence systems, or聽AI/ML lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in聽social or marketing platform innovation.
- Proven ability to scale products globally, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance across markets.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. New York: $195,000 - 264,000
Bay Area: $196,500 - 266,000
