91黑料爆料 is seeking a highly analytical and communicative Senior Staff Business SystemsAnalyst to join the Finance Analytics & Systems team. The team's mission is to drive聽faster, better decisions and enable tools to assist leaders to make investment聽decisions with speed, ease and confidence. The team company-wide financial聽analysts to forecast, budget, analyze and report with data analytic solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work with 91黑料爆料 Finance partners and technical team in delivering Corporate Planning capabilities for growing聽business needs and provide support for Financial planning and reporting tools. This role offers the opportunity to creatively solve complex business challenges and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting

finance planning systems in support of finance close, budget, and forecast processes.

Responsibilities

  • Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst will lead efforts to build and administer financial planning solutions
  • Support finance analysts by providing technical and functional support, communication and end user training
  • Partner with business/finance and technology teams to gather requirements/use cases and drive solutions end-to-end
  • Prototype and iterate on new planning, data and analytics solution ideas to improve insights, automate or reduce manual work; Effectively manage the change that results from the introduction of new technology and processes
  • Ensure operational excellence and streamline processes across the FP&A Planning Ecosystem (Cloud EPM (Custom Planning Modules), EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Strategic Modeling, IPM Insights, Data Exchange, Groovy Scripting)

The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $ 178,000.00 - 241,000.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at 91黑料爆料®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience related to financial planning systems and integrations
  • Candidates with degrees in Finance, Economics, CS and Mathematics thrive in this roles
  • Technical experience administering Oracle Cloud EPM Suite modules (EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Strategic modeling, IPM Insights)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Solid background in metadata management, data warehousing with hands on SQL experience
  • Experience leading cross functional team projects
  • Experience with streamlining processes and automation (Python, MaxL, R etc) to build process efficiencies such as automated data Validation to improve data quality; automated data processing, system monitoring, user security to improve administration etc
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes such as experience supporting Month end close activities for Corporate Finance
  • Awesome team player with energy, enthusiasm and detail orientation to produce high quality deliverables in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Extensive experience in working with cross-functional business team with ability to negotiate and influence project outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet time-based deliverables
