Come join 91黑料爆料 as a Senior Product Designer on the End聽to End Growth team, as we help shape the direction of customer acquisition across pre-authentication and post authentication merchandising and product discovery for聽QuickBooks on the 91黑料爆料 Platform. You鈥檒l enable our customers to purchase, onboard,聽attach and upgrade our products and help evolve how we present our products using聽AI and strong design fundamentals. This design role is available in Mountain View, CA聽and requires hybrid-in-person work in the office 3 days per week. We are looking for聽a candidate who is passionate about design, a collaborative team player, creative聽problem solver, strong communicator, and a constant advocate for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI to concept, build and test designs
• Articulate complex visions through simple, elegant designs
• Participate in customer research with clear goals, a testable hypothesis, and聽learning plan
• Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on聽experimentation and customer research
• Engage with end-users and stakeholders frequently and learn quickly through聽iterative prototyping
• Apply learning and data insights to generate designs that deliver customer聽delight
• Collaborate effectively with other product designers, content strategists,聽researchers, product managers, developers, and business analysts
• Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
• Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design聽rationale, customer data, and industry trends
• Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to聽manage time and expectations appropriately
• Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive聽business results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design,聽another relevant field, or equivalent work experience. A graduate degree is a聽plus.
• 4+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or聽related field
• Strong knowledge of design principles and methods
• Customer-centric design mindset
• Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable聽component libraries
• Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding,聽wireframing, and prototyping
• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe
• Understanding the relationship of visual, interaction, and content disciplines
• Currency of design trends in mobile, web, and motion design
• A well-presented online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and聽collaborative process
