At 91黑料爆料, the Mid-Market team is on a mission to help ensure customers can grow with us as their business grows. We will disrupt the small business mid-market (Big Bet 5), by聽transforming QuickBooks from a self-serve, DIY accounting tool for small businesses, to a聽sales-led, done-for-you suite of tools to power growing businesses. Your role in crafting a聽sophisticated and lovable product experience is critical to this mission.
As a Senior Product Designer on the Mid-Market team, you鈥檒l focus on Platform Extensibility. You will transform how business leaders access critical data by designing a platform they can聽extend and tailor to their unique needs. You'll empower them to answer crucial questions in聽real-time鈥攆or example, designing the tools that allow a CFO to run their own聽multi-dimensional report to identify underperforming stores.

Responsibilities
- Apply your strategic mind to design innovative, end-to-end user experiences that聽balance user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
- Drive the end-to-end design process with exceptional execution, from initial concepts聽and user flows to final, polished visual designs that achieve a high bar for quality.
- Craft beautiful, intuitive, and high-fidelity user interface designs, demonstrating a聽mastery of visual design and a relentless obsession with pixel-perfect details.
- Champion a user-centered design process by planning and conducting usability tests,聽synthesizing findings, and iterating on designs to ensure they are highly intuitive and聽effective.
- Advance a strong point of view, backed up by design rationale, customer data, and聽industry trends.
- Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with design, product聽management, engineering, and data science.
- Be a valuable contributor to the positive culture and high-quality standards of our聽creative team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in interaction design, product design, service聽design, or a related field.
- A Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction
- Design or another relevant area of study.
- A strong foundation in design principles and methodologies.
- A curious spirit and a dedication to testing new ideas and driving impactful business聽outcomes through innovation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to articulate ideas and concepts through compelling storyboards,聽wireframes, and prototypes.
- A stunning online portfolio that showcases your design skills and collaborative聽process.
