Job Overview

We build and operate the underlying computing infrastructure and services that power 91黑料爆料鈥檚 suites of financial products and services, including TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager 2, Software Engineering to lead a team in developing complex and large-scale software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud technologies, and a proven track record of delivering customer impact. They will also have a strong sense of operational excellence, a passion for building and growing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
鈼 Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, andsupport.鈼 Drive the design, development, and deployment of complex and large-scale softwaresystems.鈼 Ensure the reliability, scalability, and deployment of our software systems.鈼 Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including codingstandards, code reviews, and testing.鈼 Utilize expertise in cloud technologies and Kubernetes to optimize system architectureand deployment.鈼 Design and build an abstraction for the computing infrastructure to improve usability anddeveloper efficiency.鈼 Explore and implement AI and agentic technologies to improve system automation andcapabilities, including AI-powered autoscaling.鈼 Foster a culture of operational excellence, focusing on system stability, monitoring, andincident response.鈼 Take extreme ownership and accountability for the team's deliverables and outcomes.鈼 Remove barriers so the team can move fast.鈼 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineeringpartners, and operations
Qualifications
鈼 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.鈼 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on developing complexand large-scale systems.鈼 Proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams.鈼 Strong technical skills and expertise in software development methodologies.鈼 In-depth knowledge and experience with Kubernetes.鈼 Expertise in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.鈼 Strong sense of operational excellence, with experience in system monitoring andincident response.鈼 Excellent leadership and communication skills.鈼 Ability to build and grow a high-performing team.鈼 Strong sense of ownership and accountability
